The PAC Switch is the ideal solution for implementing the last mile in Outdoor Network systems, and can be used in a wide variety of applications.
Due to its features and flexibility, it can be used in any type of PON network, whether EPON/GEPON or GPON. The PAC Switch can also be used in point-to-point networks, through the use of media converters. It has a fixed VLAN feature that creates segmentation between devices connected to the switch, preventing subscribers from seeing each other and even creating private networks that generate unwanted traffic. This feature ensures greater security and privacy. Because it has a flexible power range that allows the use of power supplies from 16 to 48VDC, it allows adjustable power supply for optical devices such as ONUs and media converters, allowing the creation of hybrid networks.

– Plug & Play, making installation simple and fast;
– Has 8 RJ45 Fast Ethernet ports with automatic speed negotiation;
– QoS for prioritizing data, voice and video traffic;
– Has a fixed VLAN, blocking data traffic between ports 1 to 7. These ports can only communicate with port 8;
– All ports comply with the IEEE802.3at standard and can be configured using jumpers to work as PoE IN and PoE OUT;
