The SF 2842 MR offers several management features that give professionals greater control over the network, with high performance and stability. Intelbras managed switches have management features so that professionals have greater control over the network. There are 5 models with 10 to 52 ports, with Mini-GBIC slots available for creating fiber optic links. They provide flexible solutions with high performance and stability for projects of all sizes, increasing network performance and security.
The GUI web interface makes configuration easier, and can also be performed via the command line console port (CLI). With the SF 2842 MR, it is possible to monitor devices connected via SNMP protocol to obtain greater security and control of network devices, as well as create Quality of Service (QoS) rules to guarantee packet traffic quality, prioritizing data, voice, and video applications and bandwidth control.
The switch can also create Access Control Lists (ACLs) to filter unwanted content on the network, and also allows the network to be segmented into up to 4,000 subnets (VLANs). These and other functions provide greater reliability to the operation and maximize network uptime.
