Spans of up to 120 m can be installed. They can typically have 2 to 12 optical fibers. The sheath, with regard to flame behavior, can be of the NR (Non-Retardant) and RC (Flame Retardant) types. They meet ABNT Standard: NBR 14.160 and Anatel Requirements.

The ASU_120 type single tube self-supporting aerial cable is composed of two tensile elements (FRPs) stranded with the loose tube, which can contain from 2 to 12 optical fibers.
