The RouterBoard CCR1036-8G-2S+ is the evolution of the CCR1036, with greater processing and capacity for up to 10 GIGA ports including 2 MiniGbic ports. The MikroTik RouterOs with level 6 license does not present any limitations within the system characteristics, thus being able to manage an unlimited number of clients when RouterOS is verified.

Our fastest router just got better – the new CCR1036-8G-2S+ has two SFP ports for 10G interface support (SFP+ module available separately). It uses the same Tilera CPU as our other CCR1036 model and offers the same performance, but now ten gigabit connections are possible.

The CCR1036-8G-2S+ has two SODIMM slots, by default it ships with 4GB of RAM, but there is no memory limit in RouterOS (16GB or more).
